About Advanced Pain and Spine Institute of FloridaI am a board-certified pain management physician and regenerative medicine specialist serving St. Augustine and surrounding areas for 7 years We take a multidisciplinary approach to pain and disability, offering everything from steroid injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation to minor in-office surgical procedures and advanced orthobiologic therapies like PRP and stem cell therapy. We treat chronic and acute pain, sports injuries, and personal/auto injury cases, focused on restoring function, not just masking symptoms. Every patient gets a comprehensive exam and an individualized plan — not a one-size-fits-all injection protocol — so clients get the right care for their specific problems. We treat the patient, not the MRI.
What differentiates you from the competition? As a physician-led practice, I evaluate and examine each patient, listen to their concerns, and build an individualized treatment plan focused on restoring useful function. I focus heavily on patient education to give control back to the patients.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? My services span steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, minor surgeries, and orthobiologic therapies like PRP and stem cells— all tailored to each patient's specific condition, not applied as a default for everyone.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Don't ignore your pain or injury until it becomes severe. Get evaluated early — even if treatment isn't needed yet, you'll walk away with real answers and a clear plan to address your problems. Control the pain, don't let the pain control you.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Our biggest challenge will be getting our brand and services in front of as many people as possible while also explaining the services we offer. We treat so many conditions and have a lot of treatments; it can be hard to target audiences effectively.

What innovations are improving patient care in your facility? We utilize AI and LLMs for all facets of the business operations:
Client facing such as the AI-scribe to let us talk to patients instead of facing the computer.
Streamlining workflows and enhancing compliance and policies efficiently.
Researching conditions and treatments that would previously take days to weeks can be done in a day or two.
Facilitating marketing to spend more time on the healthcare side rather than the marketing.

How is your hospital addressing the growing demand for services?n/a, not a hospital

What strategies are in place to retain and support healthcare workers?Fair compensation, non-toxic and benign work-culture. Focus on high level performance and accountability in a professional and constructive fair manner.

What challenges are you facing post-pandemic?Declining insurance reimbursement, an increase in non-physician driven wellness which funnels clients away from physician-led healthcare, and declining trust in traditional medicine.

How do you ensure compassionate care across all departments?Training every employee on how to interact, reminding them of that training with any adverse interactions, training conflict management, educating them on the problems patients deal with, and eliciting feedback regularly from patients and clients.

What’s your outlook on the future of healthcare delivery?Positive. By leveraging AI innovations and providing personalized and evidence based care, I think the future of healthcare will become more about individuals practicing medicine and patients driving their own care again rather than large corporations driving medical decision making. Technological innovations should drive down the cost of healthcare delivery as technologies that start out as premium products will become cheaper and more mainstream.
