Short company description:
Undisputed LLC partners with senior leaders to reduce the cost of disengagement and talent attrition. We design scalable solutions that build high-performing cultures and improve the bottom line—drawing on proven work at Amazon, AT&T, and Alto Pharmacy.
Four offerings: 1. Undisputed Cohorts (leadership development); 2. Keynote Speaking (leadership & culture); 3. The Undisputed Podcast (productized leadership platform); and 4. Undisputed: A Leader’s Journey for Empowerment (Book).
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?
Your culture is either costing you or creating value. Undisputed LLC helps leaders build cultures where people perform, stay, and drive the bottom line.
What differentiates you from the competition?
Undisputed combines 15+ years of hands-on executive experience across Amazon, AT&T, Alto Pharmacy, and growth organizations with a practical focus on measurable business outcomes. I don’t just teach leadership, I’ve designed and scaled talent and culture solutions at enterprise scale, and now bring those proven approaches to organizations seeking to reduce disengagement, attrition, and performance costs.
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?
Don’t just solve the problem your client brings you—solve the problem underneath it. In leadership and talent strategy, organizations often say they have an engagement, retention, or leadership-development problem. But those are frequently symptoms of a deeper issue: unclear accountability, ineffective leadership, broken systems, or a culture that no longer supports performance. The professionals who create the greatest value learn to diagnose before they prescribe. Ask better questions, challenge assumptions, connect people strategy to business outcomes, and have the courage to address what others may be unwilling to confront. Your value isn’t in having all the answers. It’s in helping leaders see the right problem clearly enough to solve it.
What volunteer experience has impacted you the most?
As a third-generation ordained Christian minister in my 31st year of ministry, I’ve served congregations from the San Francisco Bay Area to Greater Sacramento, DFW, and internationally. Serving people across generations and cultures has shaped my leadership philosophy: lead by serving.
What’s one cause you’re passionate about?
I’m passionate about developing emerging leaders from underrepresented communities, creating pathways to leadership, economic opportunity, and greater influence in organizations and communities.
How do you encourage your team to make a difference?
I encourage my team to live by three principles: Stay Humble. Stay Hungry. Treat Others Better Than They Treat You. Then lead with purpose, ownership, and service.
